4. Service Agreements

4.1 Project Proposals

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The proposal becomes binding upon written acceptance by both parties.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments subject to interest charges

4.3 Changes and Revisions

Changes to agreed project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing before implementation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Supplying necessary materials and assets on time
• Obtaining required permissions and clearances
• Ensuring availability of key personnel during filming
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final delivered content for their intended use. R2 PRODUCTION OÜ retains rights to use project materials for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6.2 Third-Party Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring all third-party content (music, images, footage) is properly licensed for intended use. R2 PRODUCTION OÜ is not liable for copyright infringement claims.

6.3 Work for Hire

All original content created by R2 PRODUCTION OÜ is considered work for hire upon full payment, subject to our retained portfolio rights.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refunds are based on work completed and expenses incurred:

• Before pre-production: 75% refund of deposit
• During pre-production: 50% refund of deposit
• After filming begins: No refund of deposit

7.2 Company Cancellation

R2 PRODUCTION OÜ may cancel projects due to circumstances beyond our control. Full refund will be provided for services not rendered.

8. Delivery and Acceptance

Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats and specifications. Clients have 30 days from delivery to report any technical issues. After this period, content is considered accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

R2 PRODUCTION OÜ's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Third-party claims related to content use
• Technical equipment failures beyond our control
• Weather-related delays or cancellations

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

11. Confidentiality

R2 PRODUCTION OÜ maintains confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.

12.1 Permitted Use

Our website is for informational purposes and business communications. Users may not:
